Agree totally with Dan. Fails to mention the corrupt practices applied to goods at the border. Basically it is a policy of trying to make life difficult for goods entering China that are not coming from businesses that are owned or partially owned by Chinese interests. It is well known fact that if you want reliable access to the China market you have to have a shareholder from China. Preferably a China SOE. Gives them leverage when wanting to acquire international businesses. FTA's with China mean very little as they find other ways to restrict access.

Several years ago I started Red Shirt Fridays, asking everyone at the company to wear a red shirt as a gesture of support for our troops. It was something that stuck. Every Friday I wear a red shirt. I hope you will, too
